The team were all amazing, very clear and communication was outstanding. They made the process for myself and my family as easy as it possibly could be. We were given all information needed and the team had a very compassionate approach. Michael was brilliant helping arrange the funeral and keeping in touch in the weeks leading up and Adam ran the service on the day perfectly. The day went all as planned and I believe it was the teamwork and gratitude from all at Fletchers. We will always remember the way Fletchers made a very difficult time that little bit easier for us. The embalming was done perfectly and my dad was taken care of with a very high standard.

Cannot fault these at all. Absolutely great from start to finish! Michael has been absolutely brilliant from the home visit to arrange my dad’s funeral, all the way up until the day. Adam was brilliant on the day and we couldn’t thank him annd the team enough for the respect and professionalism shown towards my dad & the family. They worked around us and answered any questions we had. Tried to make the whole situation as stress free as they could! What a brilliant send off for my dad.

From the moment we contacted Gordon Fletcher & Sons, we knew my late uncle’s care and funeral were in very good hands. Adam was truly exceptional — we have nothing but praise for his compassion, professionalism, and thoughtfulness.
We went through a very difficult and prolonged period trying to get my uncle’s death certificate processed by the hospital, and Adam was incredibly supportive throughout. Despite it not strictly being part of his role, he went above and beyond to help us navigate the situation, which meant a great deal to our family.
The Chapel of Rest is beautiful and welcoming, offering comfort during such a sad time. Adam kept us informed every step of the way and ensured that everything ran as smoothly as possible on the day of the funeral. It was faultless and went perfectly.
Adam played a pivotal role in making my uncle’s funeral as special as it was. As a family, we will always be grateful for everything he did for us, and in future we wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.
