The best way to describe what we do is to give you some examples of our work over recent years throughout the North East. The Spiritualist Church, John Street, Durham City Completed in 1995. A single storey building constructed on driven pile foundations. A difficult site situated next to the main railway line embankment, with restricted access, in a mainly residential area of Durham City.
Various contracts for Lloyds TSB Bank, including residential flats above several branches, Spennymoor , Bishop Auckland, Langley Moor and Marske. Also several recent bank developments in Durham, Chester-le- Street, Morpeth, Sunderland, Middlesbrough and Newcastle, for Lloyds TSB. New Maple hardwood floor to the Masonic Hall Durham City.
And more recently an extension to the Doctors Surgery in Great Lumley, near Chester-le-Street, by the addition of a second floor, retaining as much of the original surgery as possible.
In more recent months we have been involved with the installation of several disabled ramps to various banks and churches, the photos above are just two examples, the installation of disabled toilet facilities to comply with current and future legislation for access and facilities for the disabled. Colin and Peter also designed and built their own homes situated at Kirk Merrington near Spennymoor.
